SOURCE: what do the symbols in

It usually means your alternator is not charging properly. Could be caused by a number of things. Broken belt. Dirty cables, bad connection etc., but is likely a faulty alternator if the belt is ok.

Low fuel warning light where is it ?

Which vehicle??? Normally the low fuel warning light is on the instrument cluster, there should be an icon of a fuel bowser (gas pump) on the instrument panel, either on the speedo or the tacho face plate. When the fuel gets low, this icon will light up.

I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE ICON ON THE CENTRE DISPLAY

Hi,

This is actually a picture of a tire (tread on the bottom) with exclamation mark

This means your tire pressure monitor (TPMS) has detected a LOW TIRE inflation condition in one of your tires.

Check your tire pressures without delay - warning light will go out after your have inflated your tire.

I have a panel indicater light on

That horseshoe-looking warning icon on your instrument panel is a cross-section of a tire. It indicates that tire pressure is low in one or more wheels. It may also inndicate that one or more tire-pressure sensors in the wheels is faulty (small battery is worn out). The air valves on yoiur rims are equipped with pressure sensors, mounted on the inside of the rim. These sensors send a wireless signal to an on-board sensor that reports low tire pressure or faulty sensor. So, check your tire pressure. It may take a few days for that icon on the dash to extinguish.

Cannot locate owners manual and am looking to find out what the lighted green icon with the key on it that appears on the dash board in the instrument panel.

I believe the "green key" icon on your instrument panel is a security/ theft warning light, if you do not have the owners manual, i would suggest contacting the dealer to find out more information. Hope this helps.
