Cam sensor, crank sensor, bad coil, all could give no spark. Check all fuses and relays.... wiring connections as well. 320 is a crank sensor code.

1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee will suddenly stall and sometimes stall then shut off while I am driving. When it stalls I will push the gas multiple times and it does nothing for the first few times. After...

I don't think the fuel pump. Sounds like the crank position sensor. That, or the camshaft position sensor. The computer uses the cam position sensor to know when to pulse the injectors. The crank position sensor provides the information for spark timing. If the sensor fails, the computer won't signal the ignition module to create spark from the coils. Crank sensor failure is pretty common on earlier jeeps.

My jeep cherokee sport will not start what do I check first?

In a 96 Jeep not many sensors are involved. Basically Fuel and spark delivery at right time should start car if your Starter is able to crank the Engine.
If engine is cranking then the battery is Okay. Check Spark directly at the spark plugs and fuel pressure at the fuel rail. You may pull out one spark plug and check spark out of engine.
Try spraying Starting fluid in Air Intake while cranking. If Jeep starts then not enough fuel is being delivered by fuel pump. If you find no spark at plugs then check circuit for starter relay, Crank sensor/cam sensor problems.
A kill switch or bad Alarm system can also cause this problem.

My friend has A Grand Cherokee Laredo 1994, 4 liters. His Jeep start and run well. He goes in town and when it is time to re-start his Jeep...the motor turns but does'nt start. If my friend wait 4 to 5...

Next time it don't start I would check to see if it has spark. If it don't have spark there is 3 components i would check #1 Crank sensor #2 cam sensor or pickup coil #3 coil I have a feeling one of these items could be your problem. Good luck

I have a 96 jeep cherokee will not start it has no spark to the corile

Spark does not go to the coil, it comes from it. Spark is controlled by the crank sensor and the cam sensor which are also the most prone to sudden failure. You need to get a basic manual like haynes or chilton (about $20) and a digital multimeter to do some testing.
Parts are expensive and without testing you will likely spend a lot of $ and time and unless you are lucky, you won't fix the problem.
In any vehicle with electronically controlled fuel and spark, everything works together. the major items in your car that make the spark happen are the crank sensor, cam sensor, the coil, the computer and to deliver it, the rotor, cap and wires.
Obviously I'd need to guess at the cause, so instead I'm telling you where to look, the manual will tell you how to look. and , by looking you will find the problem!
good luck
