All I can think is there is a bolt on the flywheel come loose and it is hitting the shield, very slight now, but if it gets louder, you will have to get under there and tighten it up. There is a spot on the bell housing that will let you get in there to tighten it, but the engine has to spun over by hand to align it. Hope this helps.

Clicking noise , what is it , and how do i fix it?

I had this noise and found that the fan shroud was being hit by the fan. Renoved the fan shroud and the noise stopped. The shroud had broken into two pieces.

I am getting a click click noise while I am driving my car.

Does the clickin get faster as you accelerate, if so it may be your cv joints. Or, does it click when you touch the brake pedal? If so its just the stop switch relay and its normal.

A loud rythmic clicking under the dash behind glove box when ignition turned on, once car has started, clicking is faster, but same loudness. Any ideas on the cause? Otherwise, the car rund great.

If I would have to guess, I would say it might be some debris in your blower motor. (usually located behind the glove box on a lot of vehicles). Try turning your heater fan off, or increase the speed, does the "clicking" stop or get faster? If so, you may just have some debris (leaf, twig, etc) in there. The problem may work itself out if thats the case.

Fast clicking noise from AC vent of 99 Honda Odyssey

Yes, your theory sounds right. You'll need to remove the blower motor or a cover on it to visualize the squirrel cage and remove whatever is causing the noise. In some vehicles there is a cover under the hood, which when removed, will allow you to inspect the blower housing. If no such cover, you'll need to remove the blower motor.
