You have to jack the vehicle up and look under the vehicle around the mid to passengers side you will see a small rubber tube.It is not that big and will stick out about an inch or 2 from the body.Do not use anything to long when cleaning it out or you can poke a hole in the evaporator. Also make sure and use jack stands when the vehicle is off the ground and that it is on level ground.Good luck.

Ac drain clogged

You probably have a clogged A/C drain which is causing water to collect under the blower motor under the dash on the passenger side. I had the same problem and the dealership was useless. Apparently, there is not a single place on the internet that will tell you where the A/C drain hose is located inside the cabin. Look for a vent on the driver side center console next to the accelerator pedal. Remove the vent you will see a thick rubber hose running into the floor. Remove the hose and be ready to catch the overflow. Use a compressor to blow out the hose and the connection on the floor. You should hear the air rushing out under the car if you have done this correctly. This will probably solve your leak. I really hope this works because I was unable to find this solution anywhere on the internet or forums.

Floor board on passenger side wet after running a/c unit 2005 ford taurus

Could be the drain tube is partially clogged. It is usually located on the fire-wall or down towards the floor pan under the car. It is usually close to where the A/C lines go thru the fire-wall. About 1/2 inch diameter sticking straight out but may have a 90 degree elbow pointing down.
Also, its been extra hot and humid all over and moisture could be freezing inside the unit when on MAX A/C, then suddenly melting when switched to normal. This opens the outside air door and allows warm/hot air into the unit instead of recirculating the cold air inside the car. The drain may not be able to handle a large, sudden quantity of water.
Perform a "driveway" test. Open the hood, start engine and run the A/C on normal with the windows or doors open. Locate the drain tube by looking for water dripping. Once located twist 2 or 3 pipe cleaners together and verify the tube is clean. Then close the doors/windows and switch to MAX A/C. Check for water dripping. If it stops dripping, water is freezing inside and now you know why!

Water in passenger side floor where is ac condensation plug located

Hi,
Looks like the drain hose from the aircondition/heater blower box is clogged or its been pulled out from the box or the drain hole flooring.
You could clean it by pulling out the rubber hose and get some flexible wire to insert inside the drain hose to unclogged it.
Years of water and dust have accumulated inside the drain, mold might have built up inside it.
Check on those and tell us what happened.
Thank you for using FixYa!

When i run air condition leaks water on passenger side floor mat

The usual problem when this happens is that the drain line from the AC condenser is plugged causing it to fill up with water which eventually finds a way out and drains onto the passenger side floor. It is fairly easy to fix but requires getting underneath the car on the front passenger side, locating the drain line, normally a flexible hose coming down through the frame roughly below the dashboard. and running something like a coat hanger up through the drain line to remove the blockage. Beware that water will start to run out the hose as the blockage is removed.
Some cars have this problem more frequently than others and you may have to repeat this procedure every year or so. When it starts dripping water on the passenger side again it's overdue.

Water is leaking back to passering floor when ac is on were is the drain if any how to stop it

The ac drain hose is either clogged up or missing, causing the flow of water on the passenger's side floor. Have the drain hose checked.

Water in floor on passenger side

The issue is condensation from your air conditioner not properly draining. This is usually caused by a damaged, or clogged drain hose. The condensation is supposed to drain outside the vehicle by way of a hose on the firewall area.
