This is a shot in the dark ... look for a faulty relay in the start motor circuit ... also, check the ignition switch.

Why 97 jeep grand cherokee wont start no click ?

Bad ignition switch,
Bad neutral safety switch
Bad starter relay.
Bad starter.

If you understand how relays work, you can remove the relay in the car and jump the switch pins together. If the starter motor turns the engine, you problem is the first 3. If not, its the starter itself.

05 Dodge Stratus will not turn over at all.

You have to check continuity through the circuit.
I pull out the relay and interrogate the relay socket with a multimeter. With the car in park or clutch pushed in, do you get a ground signal to the relay? Do you get battery voltage to two terminals when the key is turned to start?
Does the last terminal show a few ohms to ground? That would be the wire to the starter solenoid wire.
See diagram at link below.

Car wont start i get power but wont turn over and starter test good and battery is new and ingition switch is new

About the only thing left would be the battery cables (assuming the starter solenoid was also tested). A corroded connection at the battery terminals or oiled-up connection at the starter is all it takes.

Another thought ... have you checked for voltage on the solenoid terminals to make sure the ignition switch is properly installed?

For sure you will need new starter (actually starter relay) (that is why there is no engine turn-over). I am not sure about ignition coil and alternator, well it depends. You can get them at Autozone.com
And in a worsest scenario electronic control module (ECM/ECU).
You can buy used here
http://www.sunfor.com/ecm_ecu.html
Below there is the electrical starting system scheme for your car.
You can get it on Autozone.com (just add new vehicle Masda 1998 Millienia and go to repair guide engine electrical starting system)
Hope that helps
Good Luck
P.S. Please kindly let me know if you need more info. I am here to help.
P.P.S. I would check with insurance they might cover the case
