If you did not clear the code - retighten the Y pipe going to the converters and then you will have to run the vehicle over the road for awhile so the computer can reset.

How many o2 censors do i have?

If you have 1 catalytic converter then you have 2 sensors one before and one after the catalytic conveter so if you have 2 cats then you will have 4 o2 sensors. The before is called upstream and the one after is called downstream.

I have an 02 accord ex 4 cyl. that need the down stream o2 sensor replaced, where is the pigtail located ?

as you are looking at the exhaust you will see the catalytic conveter (large very hot peice) behild it is the downstream sensor the pig tail runs out of the back of the sensor, usually plugs and unplugs right the under the car if it runs through the floor board then you will have to pull the seat and go under the carpet

Had local part store pull code. O2S heater CKT malfunction 1/1

This fault indicates a problem in the oxygen sensor heater circuit, bank 1 sensor 1.
Your vehicle is equiped with four oxygen sensors total. Two upstream and two after the catalytic conveter that monitor emissions and converter effeciency. The front sensor on the left (drivers side) bank requires replacement. The heaters are used to bring the sensor up to operating temperature sooner.

Jeep won't go over 60 mph loss of power

Check for a clogged catalytic conveter or weak fuel pump. Remove the O2 sensor so exhaust can flow out hole and test drive it. If it's better replace the cat or look for kinked or dented section of the exhaust. If it didn't help, have the fuel pressure tested as well as the ignition advance and timing chain.
