SOURCE: BA Falcon airconditioner outlet

well see the problem is i think you are going to have to get back in behind the dash by the evaporator coils. alls the water really is condensation and alls it does is drip or run down onto the ground. so what i would do is try and find the coils in the dash first and run the car and look for where it is leaking and go from there. you cant really say... outlet pipe because it is a closed system and there isnt really a 'outlet' pipe. more of a drain pipe... and even that... its still not all that simple. like i said i would get in the dash and find the leak and go from there. because if the ac pipes where clogged then nothing would work. you just have a condensation problem.

SOURCE: ba falcon heater

You see ford charge 8 hours labour for replacing the shaft!
A job that at most should take 3 hours. I would hunt around and get some quotes from a Radiator Repair shop or Air con specialist rather then Ford dealerships.

SOURCE: BA Falcon airconditioner outlet

it a blocked drain pipe for the ac. drain pip is located on the firewall on top of the transmission converter housing. jack up the car and pry out the stupid yellow plastic cover ford put on the pipe. the plastic cover causes the blockage. You should be all good to go no more leaks

SOURCE: ba falcon heater

Just had the same thing happen to my BA. No hot air. I'm a bit of a handyman so I had a go myself. 8 Hours is a reasonable estimate. You have to remove the steering column and entire dashboard to get the bugger out. Not a job I would attempt again.

BA Falcon 'door open' light is on, can't lock

Hi I have the same problem on my BA XT Falcon
Strangely it only happens after it's rained on my car (usually overnight) I then notice that the drivers lock is up and will not lock again until a nice sunny day comes and I leave all doors wide open for hours and hours!! Then all of a sudden once closing all doors normally the little dash door light turns off, and I can again lock the doors
?
Since it rained all last night here, guess what? It happened again!
So I've checked everywhere and cleaned and you name it, but nothing, I'm positive that when a warm sunny day comes again though, all will be ok.
Most annoying issue ever.
Where is this tiny bit of water that's causing this?
And which door?? Can I just disconnect one door at a time? I don't know it's driving me crazy!!!!
