Sorry to hear your compass and ambient temp display isn't working.
Unfortunately, this is a common issue with vehicles using this type of display. It probably isn't a fuse.
My company repairs these in a manner that precludes the problem from happening again (we use new components, and a heatsink to prevent debonding). Repair includes a one year warranty on our work!
