Question about 1999 Dodge Ram
Take the drum off and then take off one shoe ( the least loaded up one would be my prefrence) remove the brake line from the back of the wheel cylinder and remove the two bolts. the wheel cylinder is now free, may be a little stuck give it a nice smack and install the new one. may have to replace the axle lines if they dont caome apart right. dont forget to bleed the rear brakes when ur done
