Question about 1994 Hyundai Excel
Well if you're feeling it while driving in the gas pedal then you may have buildup in your throttle body which u can access by removing the plastic air intake right at the throttle, grab some cleaner and spray a LITTLE in the throttle with the pedal down to the floor, then spray the **** out of a clean rag and with the throttle open scrub the walls of the throttle right there at the opening and clean all the black **** off. make sure to get the inside of the throttle plate thoroughly. also next to the throttle where the cable hooks up there is a coiled up spring. make sure its not rusty/nasty if in question then drown it in wd40 or equivalent. if none of that helps then its probably the cable itself which would need replaced. hope i was helpful
