Under the hood toward the passenger side there is a 3 X 4 looking to with a connector on top this is attached to the top of the blower case replace this and your blower motor will work correctly

Not a relay but a resistor pack, and it should be mounted in the heater case, close to the blower motor-follow the wires from the blower motor back to the resistor pack. Unplug the connector and remove the screws holding the pack to the case, to remove and replace.
check all fuses if good replace heater fan.there r bolts that hold it in under your hood you must remove a metal braket that comes up off motor then unplug the fan unbolt it on some you may need to unbolt fan from motor to get all the way out removing the motor fist then the fan some have no bolt and r just press on reverse to install
Unplug the electrical connector from your pop-up headlight motor(but not the headlight bulb), remove the plastic cover from the top of that same motor and manually turn the little gear at the top of that motor until the headlight moves up into the full upright position. It will remain there as long as the electrical connector stays unplugged.
If you mean the blower stops, make sure you have access to the blower. Turn on heater when blower stops check to make sure it still has power which I think it will. This will tell you that the blower motor is going bad and shutting down when it is warmed up. To repair just replace the blower motor.
The fan switch itself is a possibility, but there is also a resistor
pack behind the glove compartment. Hi speed doesn't use the resistors,
though, so if it doesn't run on hi, it narrows it down to the switch,
the motor, the motor ground, or the blower relay, or any of the
associated wire connectors.
