94 camry cuts off whenever the engine gets hot, after couple mins it starts up after being cooled., before it use to stall at lights but it dont no more

Could be ignition or fuel related. Someone will have to figure out which to proceed.
Could be a relay or an ignition component. The stalling could also involve the idle air control valve.

My camry start up, when place in drive it turns off, what could cause that? could it be ignition control module

Have the IAC valve sensor checked or replaced. This controls airflow thru the intake when throttle is at a closed position.

Blinker lever broken on a 94 toyota camry want to fix it

You will need to open the steering column so you can remove the old module and replace it with a new on. Typically there are 4 screws to be removed to open the column then 2 to remove the switch and install the new switch.
