Question about 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer
First check the wheel bearing on that side if its not floppy check the ball joints for wear try lifting them any life in them shows there worn out,,,then check the shocker bounce the wing a fuw times and let it go if it keeps bouncing up and down more than a fuw times (2) the shocker is worn out,,,the last thing to test is the stearing arm from the stearing box/rack get hold of the wheel at 3 and 9 o clock push and pull on it,,if its easy to turn and floppy look for any bits in the stearing that flop about
