Start by charging the vehicles battery and clean terminal, once the battery is charged and the terminals are clean and secure, erase code. If the code comes back ON you may have to reprogram or replaced ECM/PCM
it is in your manual that came with car...look under maintenance....it will tell oil change and belt replacement too....i think its 35000 but not 100% about without being at work...
Jim , you can change both the air and cabin air filters. There are a series off pop pins covering the air intake. If you depress the center button with a BIC pen tip and then lift at the side they will pop up. They are a plastic spring load so be gentle. Underneath you will find the intake housing and filter. Cabin air filter should be behind the glove box area I believe . FYI , Lexus has a patented high volume oil filter. If you change your own , stcik with genuine for longer life, unless you are certain the aftermarket matches
Get someone who knows how to do it. My husband and I did ours and it was hard. The starter was so heavy and it had more than two bolts like they say. It was so heavy.
you dont need to disconnect battery, just remove the front grill as there is a bolt hiden behind that, there is a bottom bolt on the lamp and you may need to drop the bumper slightly to get to this, this is easy just remove the 2 crosshead screws by the wheel to drop the bumper slightly.
