I was told there was a milky film around my oil cap he thought it could be a blown casket

Sometimes condensation will build up on your oil cap...So a milky substance on your cap doesn't necessarily mean you have a blown head gasket. Check your dipstick to see if it looks like chocolate milk. If it does, then you might have a cracked block or head gasket issue.

What problems will you have before you blow a head casket

before???? (2.5L , v6/) i have a 04 GV, 2.5L with full factory docs.
casket gasket, , it is close. when it blows to the casket .
no cranks
or now starts.
my guess, car wont start.
1 check all fuses in both boxes. EFI dont run with them blown,
2 check compression, if bad, 150psi on all, is normal, wide open throttle checked only.
if compression is good, the gasket is mostly good
there 2 more tests in this regard, 1: exh, in rad neck tester, and rad leak down tester) the exh, method sure can warn of early head gasket failures.
3: check for spark at all cylinders, not just 1 and check timing same.
4: ok engine will start now in test fuel for 3sec and die or run.
3sec. only means you lost fueling
runs, now means engine was flooded.
ever do the 60,000 mile tunup?

Blown head casket

Have a compression test done to check for blown head gasket. Have a coolant pressure test done before you pull the head as it will tell you exactly where the problem is

I have honda accord 1993 SE.White smoke out of exhuast while i accelerate hard around 4 to 6 rpm.can any1 help me out.

White smoke is usually burnt water.
Check your radiator water level, if it is down, check for a blown head casket in your engine e.g.(water in the engine oil, or oil in the radiator water) brown froth on filler caps.

I have a blown head casket can I fix without removal of the heads

No, the gasket is mated between the heads and block!! Also, when you have a blown head gasket, its very possible it caused other problems within.

Head casket

Not that tough but time consuming and a lot of things to remove. You need to buy you a Haynes repair manual or Mitchel manual at your parts store. They are written in laymen terms and easy to understand and they will give you the torque values to re-torque your head bolts once you get to that stage.
