All circuits are linear.
First there is a fuse, then the ignition switch, then the ECU, then the ECU puts out the signal to the coil packs based on input from the sensors.
But you need to check if power ever even gets to the Electronic Control Unit.
There is also a knock sensor.

All car went to electronic ignition, not only to avoid the need to set and replace points all the time, but also because they needed to have electronic control over timing advance and ******, based on things like engine knock, fuel quality, O2 sensor feedback, temperature, etc.

But don't just replace things.
Things like an ECU can be taken in and tested at a place like Autozone.

Where is the crank position sensor and the ignition module ,coil pack at on a 1998 Pontiac Montana transport

Your spark plug wires go to coils, coils sit on top of ignition module. You have two crank sensors, if crank sensor issue, check the 7x crank sensor, on back side of engine block, down low, two wire connector, wire colors, yellow and purple.

Where is the cam sensor on a 95 pontiac sunfire with a 2.2 liter engine?

I think the crank sensor is next to the oil filter, and the cam sensor is above the crank sensor.

We replaced the Water pump and Timing belt on a 1999 Plymouth Neon 2.0 Single Overhead Cam Engine. Engine Cranks, Is getting Fuel...but no spark. We changed the Coil Pack. It still cranks, but no...

If its not getting spark the choices are limited. You already replaced the coil pack so whats left is ignition module, crank sensor, knock sensor, cam sensor, or the timing was not was not set properly when putting it back together. Any one of those would create a no spark situation.

Not getting any spark 1995 pontiac grand prix se 3.1 engine please help

the cheapest and quickest way to check for spark is replace your crank sensor if youve done this and you still have no spark then try a coil pack.

1998 Pontiac transport van wont start:

Well you hit all the major ones, could be crank position sensor, ignition module, a bad coil pack (it should have 3), you need to check that you have spark to each plug while the engine is turning over (!!!be careful as this will hurt if you get shocked!!!), this will rule out coil packs. if you have no spark to any plug your looking at a bad ingnition module (which is what the coil packs bolt to). Hope this gets you on the right track!
