Worst case would be a engine connecting rod knock, from lack of oil. Check oil.
But there are lot of possibilities. Something may have just come loose and opened a vacuum line or disconnected a wire.
You need to open the engine compartment, look around, check fluids, listen, and tell us more details. Too vague.
