First of all take it back and tell them every thing was fine until thay touched your vehicle, or you can test your lighter socket by using a multimetre, if you don't know how to check this go to a kwik fit on a Saturday morning and ask one of the guys if thay can have a look

Fuses are good I have no tail lights and cant find a broken wire

check to see that the harness has not got a join by plug connecter between front to rear of vehicle, check if the earth wire is connected to the body to metal not on paint . and of course the ovious one of the globes are not blown, or corrosion on joins , dielectric grease on all connections. as well as check the parkers come on in the front of the vehicle as well ,and make sure as there isn't another fuse box some where . that should give you a good start.

Would a relay cause the sunroof not to open?

Yes it could. A blown fuse could as well.

Locate the sunroof fuse and relay int he fuse box (either underhood fuse box or interior fuse box). Check the fuse to see if it is good. You can swap the sunroof relay with another identical relay from the fuse box, if the roof now works, you know that the relay is bad.

I have a 1999 jeep cherokee 4.0 when you turn the blower motor on it shuts down the radio, tach, speedometer why.

Although vehicle electronics is not my strongest suit, I will tell you about the problems this year has had with HVAC components: The resister is a known problem which can heat up and melt wires and cause problems and "back feed" current into joining harnesses and melt and fuse them together causing you your grief. It should in all honesty, blow fuses when it does this but I did not encounter this when my hvac system was bad. Sometimes, the heater blower motor gets old and draws too much current as well and allows current to back feed into joined harnesses as well. Replace the black relay on the passenger side under the glove box with a high quality one. Check your resister, and blower fan for appropriate current and grounding. If you are having other related issues with your heater blower speed your selector switch may be bad too. Remove the cowling panel and pull the hvac module out of the dash (like a stereo) check for melted wires, plugs and harnesses. Run your fingers along the wiring and check for melted fused spots. Are you blowing fuses? This is your starting point. Let me know once you get this done and tell me what you have found. Take care and let me know how it goes.

My fan would not shut off the morning even with the key in the off postion so i unhooked the battery then the fan will not come back on at all now.SO i need to know what is wrong with it And where is the...

yes if this is the only way for you to stop it !
I would be more inclined to check the fan relay in the fuse box under the hood ,for the root cause , pulling this out would also shut off the fan !

Need to replace fuse for heater blower. not sure i have the manual for the fuse box.

Good morning.

The fuse block is behind left hand side of instrument panel, to the left of the steering column.
It is a 25 amp fuse on the right side of the panel. It should be marked as to what fuse it is for.
Do not use a higher rated fuse than 25 amps as it will only cause you more problems.
