Take it to a shop you trust and get the car aligned you can't do it yourself because you need special tools and machines.

P301 and P303 Code with flashing CK Engine light.

Here is a pic of the regulator

The EGR valve is under the throttle body. You could take the vacuum line off the valve and plug it just to leave the EGR valve closed. Then drive to see if you still have the problem. I don't remember where the purge valve is, but it is usually in the engine compartment at the other end of a hose that connects to the intake manifold. The other hose goes to the vapor canister. You can pull the purge line off the manifold and plug both to keep the purge vapors out. If you spot any bad hoses in the process of doing all these things, that may well be your problem.

My 2000 windstar sel threw the surpentine belt. It turns out the pully (when standing at the front of the van) located at the furthest towards the back is out of alignment. What component is this oully...

The 2000 ford windstar came with two engines, im not sure what engine you have so i will show you two diagrams and tell you what the part is for each, if you have the 3.0 engine which will say that on the valve covor then the pulley in the back would be the waterpump and the waterpump would need to be replaced but i suspect that you have the 3.8 engine because if the pulley was that loose to throw a belt then you would be leaking coolant . so the 3.8 engine has the belt tensioner in the back and this is what normally goes bad on these, you will need to replace the tensioner or just the pulley, most of the time its the tensioner which comes with a pulley, i will enclose a picture of the tensioner and see if this is the part you are talking about good luck hope this helps.johnjohn2_78.gifjohnjohn2_76.jpgjohnjohn2_79.gif

Can't find where the red Plastic Tube, in Windstar 2000, fits.

the red tube goes into upper coweling amost directly above the the left corner of engine ,it is hard to get on,use mirror or small hands. below fresh air grill and wipers.almost straight up from where it originates on engine.
