Check fuses 1 and 13. Look at the rear for wires where the insulation has been worn through.

Sounds like a bad light switch. The contacts inside have melted / broken and are making contact with the power wire. Pull the switch and check continuity between the power pin and the parking light pin on the switch. You will need a multi-meter and a schematic. If you cannot find a schematic online, join a forum and ask. If that does not work, order a Haynes manual from amazon - schematics are in the back of the book.
If the switch checks out, then look for melted wires in the lighting harness. IF all the parking lights stay on, its a power feed issue more than a bulb or a ground.

The manuals are a bit cryptic using something so straight-forward as 'Tail Light'. The 2010 F550 manual

Under the drivers side dash on the left side above the parking brake are 4 wires blunt cut. Check your manual to know which color wire goes to which switch. To use just connect the +12V wire of your accessory to the wire of choice and your done.

Check the ground on the passenger side rear lights, it's likely bad. As for the hazards, sounds like a bad flasher or fuse.

brown would be the parking light hot wire
green / white would be the blinker hot wire
black yes ground ,
but according to the schematics , **** this color combination only applies to the left front

the right front should be :
brown would be the parking light hot wire
black ground , and a white / light blue would be the blinker hot wire

do you need the rear colors ?

brown is parking on both left and right rears
black is ground on both
light green / orange left blinker / stop light hot wire
orange / light blue right blinker / stop light hot wire

The ABS usually resets itself every time you start ther vehicle, if the light is on you need to pull the code and fix whatever is wrong with it.

If it won't reset itself you need a scan tool that can do ABS.
