You are out of freon or have a leak that caused you to run out.If your a/c system has never been fully changed over,it has to be done by a dealer, new freon or fix leak that is.Pre-1995 cars have the R-12 freon system and shops have to have a special license just to buy, sell, use, dispose of R-12.1995 and after have R-134a freon in them. The 2 systems are not compatible with each other at all.I have heard the R-12 is real expensive now but I do not know how much.Call a couple of shops and tell them your situation and see what they say or recommend.I would call AAA approved shops because they have better standards just to have that approval and give 10% discount on labor if you have AAA.
Good luck! Greg

Low freon is most likely issue, but dont forget to look for leaks or you will never be able to keep pressure in the system.

1992 MB 400SE, A/C blow hot air by driver side and cold air passenger side vents

There is a valve to control the coolant to the heater core. You can identify this by looking at the hose connected to the coolant path. When it is bad it didn't close so hot coolant keeps flowing to your heater core when the AC is on causing hot air. It needs to be replace. Don't be fool by checking the resistance of the terminals since it may tell you the solenoid is still good. Why, since the valve is stuck inside, so even the solenoid is working but it could not pull the valve. Good luck.

I gave a jump to my 1993 400 sel now the abs and asr dash lights will not go out and the speed ometer does not work

Check fuses, you are not supposed to "jump" MB thats why they have forever roadside assistance. You charge battery while disconnected and reconnect to start.

I have a 92 mercedes 400e that blow hot air, the freon is full and the blower works.

I would check and make sure that the AC compressor clutch is kicking in. If it is then you are probably looking at a restriction somewhere in the system.
