I crossed the negative battery terminal to the positive and blew a main fuse. I replaced that but now the radio stereo system doesn't appear to work, could it just be a different fuse?

Hi I have the same problem. I replaced the 10A fuze into the 'turn' fuse today, this is what im guessing is the indicators inset? And the indicators still do not work. I have a 99 corola sedan AE101. Mine went out of the blue aswell!

1999 Corolla..........365,000 KM!!!!!!!!!!! Today all 4 power windows AND Power door lock stopped working. Of course its around freezing and 2 of the windows are slightly open!!! Nothing else seems to...

First I would check the fuses and relay. Second I would remove the interior door panel and check the connector pins on the motor to the window. Should that not work, you can disconnect the motor and force crank the window up. Although it sounds like a fuse/relay issue as they seem to be the only items not working. Let me know.

Problem: A co-worker has a 1999 Audi A6 Quattro. Her directionals stopped working and she's had to resort to manually moving the switch arm (the hazards work fine, though). Someone on the internet...

i think her problem is the hazard light switch this is how they go when they go wrong the indicators stop working ,their is no magic relay or seting dash lights --- not on such an old car ,the hazards work but no indicators ,they all use the same flasher unit but its all wired through teh hazard light switch ,anyway shes a female and they never use indicators anyway ,only hazards for triple parking outside the hairdresser

slowly use a flat head screwdriver on the cover there are 4 clips so pull off in other places evenly when it comes off there are harnesses plugged in for defogger , hazard lights, and clock. after taking those off there r 4 screws for radio.and two harnesses to unclip and one plug. be sure to pull fuse out first or run in to prblem like i did . i dont know which fuse it is and lost owner manual
