Not geting electrical power to distributer or coil

Check the Crank Shaft position sensor which is located on the drivers side of the transmission bell housing and will have three wires going to it. Also check the Cam shaft sensor which is located under the rotor button inside the distrubtor cap (it looks like a dust cover). If either of these have failed you'll get no spark.

Is there B+ ( power) , voltage to these components, fuel pump ,coils ? B+ voltage to PCM ? Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuits ? Go to you tube an check out basic automotive electrical trouble shooting videos , how to read a wiring diagram .Go to free wiring diagrams . click on electrical distribution under system , then under subsystem power distribution. . Check through diagrams to see where these components get battery voltage , an grounds . Could have a bad power relay. See if they have anything in common . Do you have a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? There are videos on how to use one on you tube . Your going to have to test to find out what the problem is . Good luck an happy hunting .

Car cuts out after it warms up..runs fine cold

age is showing cause some electric is heatng up-a relay--solenoid--switch etc--you need a diagnostic test-1st a scan then maybe inspection of wiring with instruments--------make sure uve done a tuneup-new dist cap and plug wires

Car won't start, new battery, starter ok, just won't kick over Saturn 2004, 80,000 miles, oil change 2 months ago,

If the starter/Battery are ok.Check for spark by pulling off a sparkplug wire,have someone try to start hold wire near sparkplug tip you'll hear the spark jump to the plug tick..tick..tick..sound.Be carefull to hold wire just far enough to hear spark,also this is the secondary circuit from the coil it's high voltage wear a glove.If you smell gas youre geting gas if no spark it is 1 of the following.Bad Coil, or ignition modulator, crack in distributer, cracked wires that cause spark to not reach plugs.Good Luck.

Theres no sprk replaced coil,distributer cap and rotor

i would say module but havent a clue where it be ,never seen one of these cars before here in spain ,module could be inside distributor or under the coil or mounted somewhere else around the engine compartment
