Could be a fuel pressure issue. could also be bad gas. sometime a plugs up cat will set these codes. does the truck run rough? seeing that it is only the even #"s would make me want to see what is in common with those cylinders. migt be a stretch to think fuel when it does not effect the odd #'s also. do you have any other info? any other codes?

always the plugs for missing
never a thought for low fuel pressure or bad injectors or for running the fault codes to find the problem

Problems with ford the engine is missing a treat when I throttle on it sounds like a really bad belt squeal how ever ive replaced all pulley bearings and so forth and when engine squeals it miss fires even...

the squeal may be a vacuum leak or loose plug and that would cause misfiring. Run fault codes to check for injector faults. Have a pressure test done on the fuel manifold to check --fuel pump- pressure regulator and filter as low fuel pressure is a major source of misfiring

not knowing what kind of car you have probably a ford fuel rail pressure is low culprits could be fuel filter; fuel pump fuel pressure regulator or even a faulty sensor i would start with the fuel filter

1987 nissian maxima The car is getting way to much fuel replaced the egr, fuel pressure reg, spark plugs and wire, check fuel pressure, checked for vac leak

engine miss caused by many things, weak ignition from bad ignition coil, ignition timing off if you have high mileage engine low compression from worn burned valves.could have something minor like stopped up air filter, clogged dirty fuel injectors, through the years i have seen many things cause engine to miss.

Low end miss fire and no horsepower

If it really is a miss-fire, you should have a check engine light on and codes for the cylinders.
I would check for that and check the fuel pressure.
You did replace the fuel filter with the pump, right ?

you could have partially clogged fuel injectors.or you getting a lean misfire check your fuel pressure .it should be.41 -47 psi.if low replace fuel filter.if dont help.you got fuel pump problems.check all vacuum lines.+ the vacuum line that goes to fuel pressure regulator.
