Cigarette lighter/acc outlet for 2003 chevy malibu not working. Figure it's a fuse - where is this fuse located in the fuse box? I know where the boxes are just can not find that particular fuse.

It may be doubled up with either the radio fuse or the interior lights. If you have replaced the stock radio with a CD player, then the CD player has its own fuse separate of the fuse box. I would start there...

Radio code is specific for each and every car. It is specific like anti theft code.

So yu can get it by providing your VIN# and registration details in authorised suzuki dealership.Nobody else can provide you. If anybody can provide you that , then there is no meaning of security for your car.

Mini Fuse in passenger compartment box, F72, rating 15 amps, keeps blowing. The Fuse goes to the Radio head unit, CD player, Jaguar diagnostic connector/OBD2 connector. The Jaguar is a 2002 X type......

i dought the connector is the problem. check cd player same way as you did radio.pull that fuse and check every funcion you can in the car to see if some unlisted on fuse box item is on that circuit. its possible the cig lighter or power outlets are routed through that fuse or aftermarket equipment is improperly installed on that circuitm lighter/power sockets are always going bad and cheap cell phone etc socket adapters are always shorting out and popping fuses.
if you cannot find a bad coponent then look at wireing for insulation rub throughs to the body. look anywere a wire/harness is near an edge that can cause a rub through. bolt/screw heads/seat tracs/any moving exsposed metal object near wires are suspect to.

Fuse Box Location CD not working

The radio fuse is in the rear fuse box under the back seat on the left side fold the seat bottom foward and then take the cover off the fuse box and look for fuse # 41 radio fuse. remove it and leave out for 30 seconds and make shure it is not blown if so than system wil need to be cked for a short fi the fuse is good than some times the raido can lock up and removing the fuse and reinstalling it can unlock it (lodgic lockup)if removing the fuse and reinstalling it fixes it than you can take it to a dealer and have the radio reprogramed with the latest update. If not thatn the radio willneed to be repaired.

CD stuck in CD player and won't eject.

Disconnect the fuse for the radio. This is cause the radio to reboot. You do not need to mess with the battery. After replacing the fuse, or removing, it, and putting it back in, you can proceed to try to remove the CD. I used a pair of tweezers.I actually jammed two CDs into the player. Hope this helps.

Shorted out CD player? 2002 Venture

The fuse is under the hood--it's a maxi 60 fuse, that controls a few things, so it's easy to change. You have to remove the battery cover(unclip and unscrew the thumb bolt on top). If you figure out how to get the stuck cd out, let me know, I've had one stuck in mine since December--luckily the radio still works.

Cd player radio overhead light and trunk light not work

I can only answer this genericaly:

Check for a blown use at the auto's fuse box. Take care that there may be more than one location with fuses. If you call the dealer, most likely they can tell you right away where the fuse is located.

In many cars they are using electronic modules to control the lighting and etc. If this is the case with your model of car, it is possible that the electronic control module may have to be changed.
