Question about 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee
I would try and remove the switch from the door panel and lightly clean it with some electronic parts cleaner ($5.00 at hardware/parts store) If you cant remove it just spray a little into the sides of the switch and move it up and down a couple times. Could be a dirty contact that just needs cleaned.
