Question about 2004 Dodge Ram 2500
If your R134a refrigerant is not low. The Blend Door Actuator located on the blower housing, under dash, passenger side, is stuck open or Actuator is defective.
Turn the temp switch all the way to Heater then back to cool a few of times to get the actuator to open and close the door and see if it can loosen up. If this doesn't work, remove Actuator for closer inspection and replace if necessary.
