Question about 1996 Chrysler Cirrus
1 - you have air in the cooling system, purge it by putting the car uphill, take the cap off the radiator, open the heater and run the engine until all the air leaks out.
2 - bad contact in the wiring of the instrument panel - you need to take it out of the dash to inspect and fix it.
3 - again a bad contact, surely related to the one above; when fixing the dash also take a look at the wiring to the radio.
