Question about 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Ok...this is an interesting problem...as you have electric fans.....one is for the radiator (cooling system) and one is for the a/c system. The radiator one will sometimes stay on after the engine has stopped and the key is out of the ignition, due to superheating ( a condition where the temperature of the coolant spikes after it stops being circulated around the engine) and will continue for a couple of minutes in the hotter weather.
But, considering it stops when you put the brake on...???? this definetly sounds like a short to me, and this together with the battery going flat...defineite short....
If you have got little experience in automotive electrical, I suggest you take it to a specialised repair shop to at least diagnose it.
I hope this helps you...\
