You cannot. its computer controlled. If you moved the distributor, if its movable,, then chevy's have a procedure that is called cam sync that has to be performed using a scan tool.

Remove rear drums

there are bolt holes to use the drum as a puller near the wheel studs but many times the drums build up a rust lip so threw the adjuster hole in the rear backing plate and back the shoe adjuster off or you will brake the shoe hold down hardware

How do i back the adjuster off to get the drum off of a 2005 chevy 1500

The self adjuster lever keeps the adjuster from turning backwards. You will have to use a screwdriver to push it back (towards the tire), thus allowing the adjuster to turn the direction you want it to. See attached picture. The lever is on the bottom left with a spring attached to it. This should help you since it's hard to see in the adjustment hole. Good luck.

My horn on my 2005 silverado sounds muffled is there a way to fix or adjust it and where is the horn located?

the horn is located in one off two place in front of the radiator/core support or in the fender. If it is in front of the core support , you may have to remove the plastic cover to view it. Most times when there is a muffled sound it is because there are usually two horns a high an low and on has failed or corroded. No matter what style you have check for corrosion, because it weakens the strength of the horn. I hope this helps

I think the actual frame the hinges are on is bent, you should take it to a body shop to have them re-align it.
