Question about Chevrolet Cavalier
Ok not sure what car u have but most rear brakes are the same unless it has disc brakes on the rear. Release the brake and then crawl under the car and look at the back of the rear brake drum, you will see a cable going either in or across the rear drum to a lever.Try tapping the lever away from the cable and see if this frees up your brakes.
