This happened to me and I took my car to an audio repair shop and they disconnected my car battery for a few seconds and reconnected it. The cd's ejected once the battery was reconnected.

It is a internal CD Changer Problem, there is no way to get them out unless you dissassemble the Changer. Your best bet is to remove the Changer and take it into a Car Audio Repair Shop and have them take a look at it.
