Is it water or coolant? aside from the upper and lower radiator hoses the only other hose carrying coolant is the hearter hose that goes to the heater core.inside the firewall. if it is leaking at the heater core. or the core itself is leaking this is a major job. as the heater core must be removed and tested.

Change all the radiator hoses. If you still smell coolant it could be coming from your heater core. If that goes out the floor of the vehicle will be wet and the windows will steam up.

Water in car

I suggest taking a garden hose and have someone spray your car while you are inside finding the leek stop the leek first .Take a house fan and an extention cord out to car, let fan blow on wet area until dry. another idea is to use a hair dryer. If you dont stop leek you will have a mold problem in no time. If this was helpful please leave good feedback.

Look under the hood on the right side back by the firewall. You should see the small black drain hose coming out of the bottom of the evaporator case.

My 02 Grand am V6 keeps blowing up all my water hoeses. it even cracked my radiator. it doesnt over heat until it brakes a hoes.

you got a restriction in engine block.its full of rust.flush block out by taking the thermostat out.remove the top hose to thermostat then move lower hose to water pump .place a container so the lower hose can catch the water as you flush out block with water hose.flush from the top where thermostat goes flush until you get a good stream of water from bottom is clear.before you start this procedure drain out antifreeze first. flush out over flow jug make sure its not stop up. and change the radiator pressure cap.

I have a 1993 volkswagon golf and i cant seem to find where to the tap is on the raditor

I think the problem could be your thermostat not opening when hot. Turn the heater on full inside the car and check if you are getting hot air from the vents as the engine reach's its normal running tempreture. It should blow hot, if it blows cold then change your thermostat. Also check all the hoses for leeks.
