If so just turn the key to run position ( not start) then one click back. Do this a total of 3 times ending in the run ( or on; not start) position. The odometer will display the code(s) or in an older model the check engine light will flash out the code. Have your pen and paper ready to jot down the results.

My jeep jeep cherokee sport vehicle will not start some time until i wiggle the gear in park or netural

Vehicle will not start (I assume you mean won't "crank" / "turn-over") until wiggle gear in park or neutral - Replace the Neutral Safety Switch. First check terminal connection (plug)) if okay replace Neutral Safety Switch. The Neutral Safety Switch will not cause the vehicle to shut off while driving.
To diagnose stalling - next time it stalls and doesn't start check for spark and fuel. With no check engine light or codes mentioned in your post also indicates it is a spark or fuel problem (ignition problem/not emission problem (the sensors)). Keep smiling.

2000 cherokee sport / ran good / had plugs changed & new valve cover with new gasket = picked it up , check engine lite on; scaned it ; comes up cycl 6 misfire everytime? [6cyl4.0]

Sounds like something may not have been reinstalled properly. I would take it back and have them recheck the job. I would check around that cylinder to see if something was left disconnected. Also check the spark plug gap of that plug, it may be incorrect.

Code u1411 on jeep grand cherokee

Implausible fuel volume is the code, but it most likely was set from a bad ignition switch. It has to do with the malfunction of the switch, really setting a false code, and there might be another one also, but the ignition switch will correct the problem.

I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee sport and it just won't turn over. It has full power inside and a brand new battery.

You need to begin testing at the battery using a volt meter. Power requirement of interior is far lower than the starter needs. Check battery for 12v, check that posts & terminals are clean and secure, Check starter relay in the power distribution center, make sure grounds are good at the engine end. Check for 12v at the starter main terminal and 12v at the starter trigger wire with the key in the start position. (if you have both, likely starter has failed,) if power only at main terminal, re-check relay, and also test neutral safety switch and ignition switch. If no power at main terminal go back to the battery and re-test everything between again.

1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport Ignition Lights Come on but wont crank

Try putting the car in neutral and starting. If its a manual trans it might be the clutch pedal safety switch or it may be something as simple as a loose battery connection.
