Will have to remove the flap of the door and get access to the winderr assembly. Sometimes a failed switch can be the fault or a break in the wires in the hinges section that comes from the central section.
If there is power on to the unit then check the switch or failure of the electronic trigger. Short power to see if the motor works otherwise, if so the control circuit might have a failed transistor which is the motor driver. However if there is power on motor but no action then the motor is faulty. try to open and clean brushes, commutator and set back.
it must work.

I cant tell from looking at the owners manual, which fuse is linked to the drivers side window. Mine is not going up or down.

All the windows are fused by just one fuse, if it goes all the windows stop working. You either have a defective driver door control switch or the window regulator motor is defective. I would think the motor inside the door that lifts the window is the issue here. You can verify it (window motor defective) by doing this simple test, at night open the door and leave it open, operate the driver door window switch and watch the interior lights (dome light in particular), they will dim just very slightly if the motor is defective, if they do not dim then the switch is likely the cause.

The drivers side rear window is frozen and will not go up or down. The other windows work. How do I get it to unfreeze.

Hit the door panel with your fist or a soft faced mallet and see if the window starts working again. If so the window motor is defective.

Why won't driver side rear power window go up?

possibly switch or broken wire between door and pillar. frequent closing and opening of door causes wire/s to break or might be a defective power window motor.

My passenger side, and rear power windows dont work and my lights dim when i try and let the passenger side window down the rear windows cause the car to do nothing. when i first bought the car the rear...

The motor on the passenger side is shorted and is now tripping the circuit breaker. Odds are, the back window motor is also bad. You have to take the panel off to check the motor. You can power it directly to verify it has failed.

this problem is caused by a defective motor, the motor's brushes are sticking, so banging on the door jars them loose and it works again, this is a classic symptom of a defective window lift motor.

Rear automatic window on driver's side stopped responding to switch

either the switch or the motor is defective. you can test the motor by listening closely near the window. as to the switch, remove the switch and check/clean the contacts of the switch.

Driver side electrical window

the windows are controlled through a central electronic module called a GEM (Generic electronic module), there is no seperate fuse for the window, if only one window works then either the window switch is defective or the window motor is defective, the motor is the most common problem.

Drivers side rear power window not working

the window wouldnt do that as a sign of defect. most likely the motor went out. but also maybe the clips on the windows bottom broke causing it to fall. the only way to know for sure would be to open it up it could come down to being something as simple as a switch
