It is not hard to change the sensor, it just screws into a threaded hole. The light will not go out immeditaly, after the sensor is replaced. It needs to go thru a drive cycle. Your best bet is to replace the sensor and get the code cleard by whoever scanned it for the 0031 code.

SOURCE: have p0130 and p0133 codes 98 toyota tacoma

I would check the O2 sensor, and if it checks bad, replace it, and clear the trouble codes. If the light comes back on, you may need to check further. .

P0700 p0133 p0137 p0131 p0171 p1781

From what I can find in my book - they are (generic code)
P 0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction
P 0133 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P 0137 O2 Sensor Cicuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P 0131 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor)
P 0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1)
Could not find these codes in the GM section - that is why I went with the Generic codes

Error code p0032 on 2004 dodge caravan. what is the code?

Hi.

P0032 means HO2S Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 1 Sensor 1).

It means high impedance from O2 sensor, check wiring to sensor and replace the sensor.
Check O2 sensor located in bank 1 (cylinder 1 side- see here), and after the catalitic converter (there is also an O2 sensor before cat converter).
