Contact your local Honda dealer, the system must be reset with a factory scanner and the radio unlock code entered to unlock the radio from theft lock triggered by the battery being disconnected, there is no way around this trip to the dealer.

Alright, looks like that the PCM (powertrain control module) needs to be resetted. This fault occurs when battery is replaced. You will need to bring it in the dealership to reset the PCM for their the only one who has the tools to do this.

The dealer wants to run a diagnostic test which would cost $100 per hour and could take 5 hrs maximum. Are they correct in saying so......and extra for the solution.

The blinkers run though the Hazard switch.
Have you done work recently on the radio or anything in the dash where it could have come unplugged?
I would check the switch and make sure it's all connected there first.
I have seen several people with this issue and most just recently installed a radio (or had one stolen) and the hazardbutton never got plugged back in... Locksmith Kenmore Ny 24 Hour Locksmith 716 848 0099 in Kenmore Ny

Automatic door opener will not work even after I replaced the battery. What else can I do?

If the batteries are new, you may still have a weak remote. If it doesn't put out a strong radio frequency, then it won't work. Also I have replaced the radio frequency receiver in the right front door for this problem. It may have gone out. Hope this helps out.

Best of luck.

I need to somehow reset my factory alarm on my 1995 Nissan Maxima

this is how most nissans program the key fobs.
get in the car and manually lock the drivers door with the door switch.
put the key in and out of the ignition about 10 or 12 times until the hazard lights flash once.
turn the key to the ignition setting so all the dash lights are on,but do not start the car.
click the lock button on the remote fob.the hazards should flash once to confirm.
turn off ignition and remove the key.
unlock the drivers door and open the door.
the remote should now work.
if that does not work, the dealer can reprogram the fob with the obd diagnostic system.

2002 Chevy Impala Radio Doesn't Work

Check the radio fuse? Box is drivers side end of dash(drivers door open)or pass side end of dash(passenger door open)
police models have a connection for the speakers (passenger floorboard under floor mat) to connect the speakers to the police radios.
If they had the speakers connected to their radios, they may have unhooked them and not connected them back to the radio.
The wires are brown, grey, blue and light blue. All into a blue connector.
