Check the coil packs, or the Ignition module. Disconnect the harness to the ignition module. And test the leads to see if there is current. I don't know what the specs should be, but it will be minimal. Never overlook fuses either.
You must have a check-engine light right? What codes were pulled from the computer? If you can get a list of them and post them here, I can define them for you and help you trace the problem.
