Check voltage at battery with engine running. Should be 14-15 volts DC. If less, alternator has failed. If you don't have a volt meter, take the alternator off and have it tested at the parts store.

Water reached under the ECU box and electrics went crazy

One thing is for sure the wiring was compromised with water intrusion, that could burn out the ECU without water ever reaching it. If the water was really muddy or worse yet salt or brackish water you really have big problems and the cxar is a total.

Coolant is brown

brow and muddy color usually is a sign of not using enough antifreeze to protect system from rust.
drain the radiator and completely flush the system. use a quality flush system from the auto parts store. after system is flushed so it only flows clean water after draining a few times then empty system and refill with 50/50 antifreeze /water and make sure system is cycled through 5-6 time to make sure air is purged from the system

Speed odameter stopped working.. and the abs light, and brake light cam on

Unplug the abs module that's located directyl behind your battery. Use an air hose and blow the water/moisture out of the plug and connector and let it dry good. Unhook your negative battery terminal for a few minutes to reset the ABS and parking brake lights. Hook everything back up, and problem should be fixed

I replaced water pump, radiator, belts, fan

Make sure the thermostat is new and it opens up when hot, you can do that by submerging it into a pot of boiling water for a while and you will see it opening up, if it doesn't then is bad. Also, make sure that the coolant (or antifreeze, depending where you live of course) is not brownish or "muddy" like, this would mean that oil is mixing with your coolant which could mean that you have a blown head gasket and needs to be replaced. If you see the "muddy" looking like coolant, then it is very likely you have a blown head gasket. You can do it yourself, is a looooong job and it takes a lot of patience, but it can be done. If you don't feel comfortable doing it then get it done by someone that is going to really get ALL the gaskets replaced, not only the ones on top of the cylinder heads, and that they charge you fair. The whole gasket set can run between $150 and $500 depending on the car, but the head gaskets alone can run between $60 and $150, depending on the car of course. Read about your car before you go to a mechanic, it will save you a lot of headaches and extra expenses.
