1999 ford explorer brake lights tail lights don't work

Since those are different circuits, it sounds like a break in the wiring harness somewhere.

There is no fuse blown but the fog and tail light don't work, can it be the light switch

If the front side lights are working, then the switch is fine and this is more likely a bulb, wiring harness or connection issue.

I have a 2002 explorer tail lights and dash lights not working anyone know which fuse it is or number fuse it is?

This is clearly labelled either as accessories or tail lights
or dashboard lights. But the best way is to use a multi-tester. Set if at 1 x 10 ohms. Take the fuse one at a time, and test each by putting one test probe to the end
of the fuse, and the other test probe to the other end.
this must read zero for good fuse, and no reading for bad
fuse.

All lights work on my 2002 explorer sport trac except tail lights, all fuses seem to be ok.

In order to check the tail-light fuse the lights must be on so you can check both sides of the fuse. It should be a 10 amp fuse(red). Good luck
