I assume that you mean that you can turn on the ignition, and all seems well until you try to crank the engine, then everything goes dead. If this is what you meant, then your problem is most likely a very weak battery. You could try to jump start the car. If the battery goes dead/weak again, you should check your charging system to ensure that is operating before replacing the battery.

My 2008 Chevy impala loses all power to dash panel and will not start or come on at all. Turn key on and everything dies checked battery .help

I don't believe it has anything to do with the brakes or shifter system. You either are losing contact with the battery or you have a dead short that is shutting it down. Could be the ignition switch itself.

No power to fuel pump

What engine?

you say everything is ok but have you checked for power at any of these components to see where you are losing power. Check for power at the fuse. The fuel pump fuse should have two pins with power and two pins with ground. Check each pin while turning the key to the run position. There will only be power/ground on some of the wires for 3-5 seconds when the key is turned to the run position. It may be helpful to have a helper in the drivers seat turning the key while you test.

96 ford windstar 3.8l out of nowhere when i try to start it i turn the key and lose all power to everything, however if i keep cycling the key i get power and eventually it will start but as soon as you...

this sounds like you may have a bad ignition switch that will need to be changed. each time you cycle the switch you are move the internal components that eventually make a good enough contact to start the car.

Ingterior lights, clock and radio memory won't work on 1998 isuzu rodeo when key is not on

The radio receives power from the 15A AUDIO FUSE in the dash fuse box. The radio memory receives power from the 10A DOME LIGHT FUSE in the same box. The problems you note suggest the radio may have been misconnected at some point or there has been a fuse failure or there is a broken connection.

Have the altenator checked. It sounds like it may not be charging the system enough. Also check the cables for corrosion clean them up

I turn the key to on, then try to crank it over but everything dies not ever a click i have power to the alternator, starter, fully charged battery checked all fuses????? im lost

That sound like a bad connection from the battery. Could be at the battery or the other end of the cables. Possibly an inline fuse on the ignition wire to the starter blown but you wouldn't lose everything you would just lose the ability for the starter to turn over. Also possible you have a battery reading fully charged but with a dead cell. Have you tried getting a reading from it while someone cranks it for you? Or even turning the lights on. If they go out instead on dim the battery has a dead cell.
