Question about 2003 Honda Accord
It should be located on the driverside under the dash in the fuse/relay box.

The radiator fan(motor fan) was replaced on my 1992 Honda Accord, and now my my car will not start. They said it may be the fuel pump relay or some other relay that might have blown out. Where can I find these fuses? I looked under the hood passenger side but it does not say anything about a Fuel pump relay. PLEASE HELP!
