SOURCE: engine fan keeps running
It's possible that the fan control relay is intermittently sticking causing the fans to run continuously. This can overheat and subsequently blow the fuse. Try replacing the relay and see if anything changes.

I'd bet on the electronic module that furnishes the 'dimming' feature has failed. It has a few semiconductors to accomplish the feature and one or more of them have failed.

There is a voltage draw from your battery while engine is not running.to prove this loose any one of your terminals.with all switches turned off including engine, disconnect and re-connect the loose terminal.if you get a spark then there is a voltage draw, find the wire and replace it
