Make sure the cables are clean where they connect,,and have the battery tested with a load tester,if it shows 12.9 that is good, but a lot of the times the battery will not have any amps,,then if all this checks out,try tapping on the starter to see if it will start up as you try to turn the key to start the engine. If the starter tries,or starts the engine ,then replace the stARTER.

Try decent jump leads ,could be battery has died and it has no reserve amperage to turn engine over ,

While trying to start it alls you here is a clicking noise

That is a sign of a dead battery or a bad connection between the battery to the starter. I would guess a dead battery. Check it will a volt meter or a plug in volt meter (plugs into your cigarette lighter) sold at auto part stores. You should have 12 volts at the battery. You can also bring the battery to Autozone, they will check it for free.

Why won't my car turn over?

could be dead battery or starter fried make sure battery has enough juice if it does then try tapping the starter with a hammer and then see if it starts.

Won't start makes clicking sound, plenty of juice in battery

A battery can show 12 volts yet still be dead (not pushing any amps). Many battery places or auto parts store will do a free test.

Car will not start, the car will just make a clicking sound, the interior and exterior lights, along with the gps are fine. It won't allow me to change into any other gear either. Crazy huh? What do you...

completely charge the battery , most things in the car will run on low amps,, but the starter requires a bunch, if you have a walmart near you they will charge and do a LOAD test on the battery for free,, I suggest a Load test anyway, since it can read 12 volts yet a cell in the battery can be dead , also, make sure all battery connections are clean and tight, if possible have the OBD codes read, there are places that do this for free ,, so check around,

Got a 2006 Monte Carlo 3.5....I went out to start it and it is just completely dead. The keychain for the lock/trunk etc won't even get a response?

Sounds like dead battery check battery voltage with a multimeter it should read between 12-12.6 volts anything less than 12 volts you'll need a new battery.

Won,t start, acts like no juice is going to starter w/charged bat

You need to have your Battery Checked. Common Symtom of an Early Failing Battery. Not enough Cold Cranking Amps Left to Kick it over.
