If it is a clicking noise it is either a relay or your starter solinod. If the starter is not turning and it is clicking, you need a new starter.

My 2000 Chevy Impala won't turn over

1st, make sure that your car's battery is in good condition, if so, then check the battery cables out to make sure they are tight, and not corroded. if they are corroded with acid, you can clean them with a solution of water and baking soda, then rinse the cables off , and dry them off. you mentioned that your car won't turn over, do you mean not starting, or just won't try to start, either way, you can check out the start relay, located under the hood in a black box, on the drivers side.

Where is the abs control module on a 2000 chevy blazer LS 6cyl 4.3 L

i think it is under the hood . drivers side on the fender well near the master cylinder. should be a big sliver box with brake lines coming into it and out of it . The BCM or abs module is the littler black box screw down on top of this and should have Kelsy hazes stamp on the cover on it

Will not engage in 4wd, sliding all over and wheels just spining, 200 Chevy Trailblazer

If your Blazer has push button 4wd check your fuse under the hood. and have some body listen to the black box on the side of your transfer case while you try shifting it into 4 hi and 4 low... if it doesnt make any noise its your shifting box.
