What do i do?i have a 2004 impala and my remote, power locks and windows, dashboard lights, and low beams are out but everything else is fine. I had the battery alternator and starter checked and they

Those are four different circuits, so yes it could be a major fuse, or a problem with the ignition switch. The dash lights would not be powered by the ignition switch tho.
Could also be a wiring problem where power is not getting to a section of the fuse box.
Someone would need to trace power prior to each circuit in the fuse box.

I have a 1996 Cadillac Seville SLS with turn signals not working and driver side window not working. The Haynes manual I purchased was of no help, with descriptions and procedures that do not match my...

These are two different issues. The window electronic switch needs to be tested to see if you are getting current. If not, may have to replace switch (see if the terminals are clean on the switch & no loose wires). I have same issue just that it is has only failed twice, then after a few minutes I would try again and my window would go back up & haven't had time to check it out. I think I have a ghost living in my car. lol
2nd issue the turn signals: most likely caused by condensation, check all sockets (mine were corroded) unfortunately the moisture still gets into the lens, fine tiny cracks in the lens that is allowing moisture in. By mid morning the condensation has dried and my turn signals work. You might also check the fuse & bulbs first if you get a fast or slow signal indicator on instrument panel. However I have another issue; when I apply the brakes the signals stop flashing in the rear (both turn signals) Either further corrosion or condensation. A mechanic told me it was in the switching of the control indicator at the steering column... I guess when we drive an 18 year old car these things will happen. There are two flasher fuses one in the fuse box near air filter under hood & a fuse box in the trunk, left hand side all the way to the back of the trunk, pull up carpeting on back wall.

Remove fuse relay

that sound reasonable, thats what I would do in your shoes. Relays plug into a box much like fuses or fusible links. usually located under the hood, follow the posative cable from battery should lead you right to it.

06 DODGE STRATUS WINDOWS INOP, NO POWER TO FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER

If no power to the fuse panel for that fuse and circuit breaker, you may have a maxi-fuse burnt out in the power distribution box by or near the battery. Check all your fuses under the hood.

All 4 of my power windows stopped working, and i can't find anything about a power window fuse in my manual

Power window usually don't have a fuse but an automatically resetting breaker. If all four windows stopped working at the same time check the body control module that is what manages the power windows. Good luck.

An easy way to test the switch is to jumper the wires together. If the brake lights come on you know the switch is bad. If not, then you have to look elsewhere in the system to solve the problem.

I have a window problem first my passenger window(electric) started to stick then stopped working all together. then a week later my rear vent window stopped working then a month after that the other rear...

there are two circuit breaks for the windows... Chrysler calls them PTC's
additionally, the PTC's get their power from fuse #23 in the fuse box under the hood

Generally the PTC's do not fail, however, if a window is "binding" then that will cause the breaker to work extra hard and in the end will cause premature failure and/or the fuse to "blow"

Therefore check circuit breaker#8 and #9
