2001 cadillac deville service system stability

Whenever this warning or any other stays on in the dash it is indicating that the systems control module has detected a fault, it then disables the system as long as the light is on. You must now have the dealer hook up a special electronic diagnostic tool and "scan" the system for the fault code that is stored for the problem(s)

Brake lights, abs light, and slippery lights all turning on at the same time and did not occurrred at an specific circunstance

there is possibly a fault in the ABS system which would disable the stability control and may also turn on the brake light. The best bet is to have the ABS computer scanned for codes. If there is or was a fault a code would be stored. Once you know the code you will have a much better understanding of what the problem could be.

You will need a high end multifunction scan tool or and ABS specific code reader to pull codes. Your local parts store may be able to do this for you. If you are still within the 3/36 warranty the dealer should do this at no charge. If you are out of warranty any shop or toyota dealer can help you with this but there is usually a charge for this service.

I have an XJR 2002 the warning light DSC has come on what does it mean?

DSC means "Dynamic stability control" it is caused by some kind of failure in the ABS/Stability control system, it all one system. You will need to seek a dealer out to find out the exact cause of the warning

Esp light and abs light keeps going on and off very frequently

ESP (electronic stability program) and the ABS (anti-lock brake system) are the same system, you must have the system tested by the dealer when the light is on, it requires a special scanner to read the fault code that is present when the warning lights are on.

Stabily system diabled - error

Your stability control uses the ABs wheel speed Sensors and the steering collumn sensor to know "when you need more stability". It sounds as if the front wheel speed sensor is sending bad info due to:
A) corrosion under the sensor causing erratic readings
B) front wheel bearing failing causing erratic readings
C) column sensor failing causing erratic readings

The GM dealer is the only place I know to have THOSE components tested. You can change any of these sensors yourself once you know which one it is. The "service stability" indicator is on because one of the sensors is not giving correct data, and the default mode is to disable the system.

Good luck and hope this helps,
