There is no relay in that box that is called the tipm or totally integrated power module. that module is controlled by a computer and should be checked with a scanner to see if you have a code for the a/c. i m having the same problem i have been told it could be low freon but can not get the clutch to engage to check the high and low pressure. Also read where it may be the diode in the clutch on the ac compressor if you have a multimeter probe the compressor a good compressor will read somewhere between 3.5 and 4.0 anything else and clutch needs to be replaced. other possibilities may be the high or low pressure switch on the line. on myh 2006 2500 diesel it is located near the plug for the compressor on bottom side of motor. hope this helps.

My 2006 Chrysler 300C manual does not show a AC ( Page 318-321 ) fuse location number?

Fuse # 4 20 amp . fuse #22 40 amp both are located in the under under hood fuse box. There is also a relay , A/C clutch . Not sure if this is what your asking for . Or there is no air blowing from the vents ,this would be caused by the HVAC - blower motor not working .

2007.5 AC CLUTCH WILL NOT ENGAGE

Several things can cause this. On the inside. The controller could be bad. The wires could be shorted. a blown fuse. Under the hood. Wires could be bad. high and low sensors could be bad. LOW on refrigerant. Engine control module(ECM) could be bad. All of these will cause NO power to the clutch.

When does the fuse blow ? as soon as you turn on the A/C ? Looking at a wiring will show place's in the circuit to do some testing ! Do you know how to test for a short in an electrical circuit ? How to use a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ?

When i bolt the ground wire to engine behind alt, the ac compressor clutch locks on and stays on with key on or off. any suggestions???

The only thing it could be is the conrtol wire of the A/C compressor clutch relay is shorted to one of the wires grounding at the alternator . The PCM - engine computer controls the grounding for the A/C compressor clutch relay. Find the A/C compressor clutch relay in the under hood fuse box , pull the relay out of the fuse box an look on the bottom . You will see four sets of numbers . 30 & 87 plus 85 & 86 . Take an ohm meter an check pin 85 to ground with the ground wire's behide the alternator connected , you will have continuity . Disconnect the ground behind the alternator an you will probably have a open circuit . When the motor was changed wire's were pinched or something . Most likely . Here , check out the wiring diagram http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine size . Under system click on HVAC , then under subsystem click on HVAC controls . Click the search button ,then the blue link . Fourth diagram down is for the A/C compressor clutch relay circuit. Don't know if know how a computer controlled relay circuit work's . Looking at the diagram .The DB/OR - dark blue with orange trace wire would have to be shorted to one of those ground wire's for the compressor clutch to stay engaged .

Got a 2007 2500 dodge p'u the blower doesn't blow at all , is it a fuse and if so what fuse is or is it something else

start by dropping the blower from the air box. the blower is located under the dash above passenger floor board. if there is nothing binding the blower then check the blower with 12 volts be sure to have a good grip in the motor it has some torque on it. if blower checks out then move to the fan switch by the way the only fuse is the one located under the hood marked hvac

2006 dodge ram 2500 a/c fuse rely

The AC relay is located in the under hood fuse box. The cover should have a legend for location. Its one of the bigger black ones. You can rotate it with the horn or ABS one to see if its the problem. You may have a small fuse also in that box for it. If this doesn't solve the problem then you either have a leak or a computer problem. What a shop will do is try with a bidirectional data scanner turn the AC on. If they can't get it to turn on with a scanner then you most likely have a failed PCM if they verified you do not have low pressure or a relay or wiring or switch issue.

A/C is not blowing cold air and clutch on the compressor will not engage.

Most likley needs to be recharged. Shouldnt be low, but if it has ever been in an accident it may have a leak or your mechanic stole the refridgerant when it was cold outside and you didnt notice untill you turned the ac on.
