SOURCE: Air conditioning relay switch - 2001 Ford Tauras

there is usually a relay block (black in color) either on the right or left side under the hood, and in front of the wheel well. Don't discount the possibility that you may have a bad pressure switch on the line. That is a safety device that is now installed on most all vehicles. If you turn on your defrost, you should hear the clutch on your AC clicking on and off. If you do, there is another issue. If you don't, then listen for a faint clicking. This is a small relay so it maybe very hard to hear, even if you found it. You many actually have to lightly put a finger on the relay cube to see if you can feel it clicking. If this is clicking, but the AC is not kicking in and out, replace the relay. If this is NOT clicking with the defrost on, then it is not being told that it is ok to. This may be the pressure switch that drops out if the freon is too low, or too high.

SOURCE: hiccuping ford fiesta

Your plugwire cabling is too 'NEAT'

Make SURE that cables don't run parallel and DO cross over one another as running parallel induces HV pulses in the adjacent cable resulting in misfire.

Get under the hood and mess them up a bit ;-)
JUST the NEAT wiring, not the firing order!

SOURCE: no heat coming from the heater in a ford fiesta

Festivas only put heat out from the defrost and the floor. Heat does not come out of the vent. Check this before anything else. For more info than you could imagine join The average lifespan is 300,000 miles. I've seen 8 now with over 500,000 miles.

Have you had the codes run?
For one thing, make sure your coolant is full,at least 50/50 antifreeze and water mix, and no air bubbles In the radiator or system. That means you should bleed it to make sure.
Probably it's electrical though. When you turn on the heater or AC, your fan pulls some amps, and if voltage drops enough,it could affect the other electronics.
Must be a pretty common problem. Check the FORD forums and you'll come up with more answers. don-ohio (:^)

Ford Fiesta towing eye size?

You should find it hidden in a compartment in the left side of the boot.

ford fiesta towing eye Google Search

It isn't the sort of item where you need to get into thread sizes and thread pitch. You just buy one, or go to a scrap yard.

I have fiesta i.3 zetec se the engine warning light has just come on do you know what could be wrong. oil and water are all ok its a 2001 plate.

If you have a scanner plug it in and read the codes . Then repair the items the codes tell you to. if you don't have a scanner go to Auto zone and have them read the codes for you for free. Then do the appropriate repairs.
