The maximum distortion diagonally or along length = 0.06mm
This is the shop rule.

Your cylinder head warp is at 0.05mm.

I will send it to a machine shop to CNC/milling the head.

The machine will perform a task call MAGNAFLUX.

They will inspect the head for crack(s) during this MAGNAFLUX procedure.

Over heating can cause invisible hairline crack(s).

If the cyc. head pass the inspection then they will mill the head down to specification.

I will bring the VIN number to the machine shop.
If there is any ID marking on the cyc, head you should clean and mark it so the machinist can get the correct milling spec.

Use NEW head bolts and head bolt compound/chemical.

REPLACE all freeze plugs on the block. ALL OF THEM.
After over-heating they will expand and cause leaks.

NEW water pump and thermostat. Replace them at the same time.

Check service record for the last timing belt + tensioner change.
YOU ARE DUE FOR T-belt change at 130K-160K.

After the tasks are completed, you MUST do an oil + filter change.

    I recommend using "30" weight non-detergent oil.

Let it ran for 15 minutes and do ANOTHER oil + filter change.

Use NEW 50/50 coolant to refill your cooling system.

Fill it slowly to avoid air pocket trap inside the cooling system.

If the radiator cap is over 6 year old then change it.
The spring on the cap will rust and stop keep the cooling system pressure.

Do a coolant system pressure test ($25-$50 test at a radiator shop) to check for "damaged" radiator and failing upper and lower radiator hose.

How to fix the problem with white smoke blowing from exaugst . Its dripping water out exaugst as well

Thats sounds like a blown headgasket or a crack in the water jacket of the engine block or cylinder head one way to trace is to monitor if you need to top up the cooling system more than you needed to in the past

The gauge on my suv marks it was overheating , we measured coolant and measures 240. mecanic replaced headgasket and suv had same symptoms, until the coolant temperature sensor was replaced.

Water boils at 220 degrees. Liquid cooled engines keep the the temp between 175-195degrees. Need to avoid boil over. 240 is boil over. Blown head gasket are very frequent since ethanol added to gasoline. Why? Fuel absorb water now because of ethanol especially if it sit longer than a week or two in your gas tank. The result...blown head gasket from engine fighting against contaminants burning in the cylinder. Prevention: drive more & use a marine grade stabilizer such as Sea-Foam at every fill up. Now you know.

Why do my overflow pip keep running

Coolant overflow? That can happen if your engine has a blown head gasket, warped head or cracked head or block. The cooling system woudl then be pressurized by combustion pressures, which will force out the cooloant and casue the coolant level to drop to and unsafe level. There are several "tricks" to tell if a headgasket is "blown. Withe engine cool enough to remove the radiator cap, remocve the cap and start the engine. If the coolant level int he radiator rises, there is a problem. If you see bubbles int he coolant in the radiator, there is a problem with combustion gasses entering the cooling system. Not a good thing.

The head gasket is out and maybe the head to how to fix it?

first thing is. why did the gasket blew? overheated, detonation or preignition, was the headgasket replaced before, does the car has alot of miles on the engine, did you squeeze everything out of the engine power wise? these are most common causes of a blown headgasket.

the first thing you need to do is find an OEM or reinforced gasket and replace it. if you never done it before take it to a mechanic or someone who is good at it. also check if the head and possibly block is warped ( if the surface where the gasket goes on is bent). if it is take it to a machine shop or replace it.

if you will do it yourself make sure to remove the head studs in correct sequence. and when putting it back together put it the correct sequence and use torque wrench to tighten the studs correctly. approximately 60-75 ftpounds.

I have oil in the water but it runs fine doesnt overheat once under way only over heats at idle is it a blown headgasket

I am afraid it is, or a blown water jacket either way the heads need to be pulled and checked make sure they are not warped. It's best to have the heads reworked it's safer, then you know your heads are OK if a good machine shop did the job.

Over heating and blowing out white smoke

You have a blown headgasket. The whole top part of the engine has to come off and cylinder heads to change it.

The engine misses on 3 and 4 and compression leaking into radiat

If you do in fact have compression (air) blowing in to the cooling systems this would show either a blown head gasket, warped head or cracked head. Please od not run the Rodeo until repaired as if coolant is getting in to the cylinder or oil (Your oil will look like chocolate shake) it can do severe damage. What motor please 3.0 V6?

My problem is that I have water going into one of my spark plug cylinder and it just started so i need to check the head gasket or head to find out if I need to replace the head or the headgasket and if I...

your head gasket is gone or the block is cracked...stop driving it now or you will cause more need to take it to a gradge if your not 100% sure that you can take on the job yourself.... you will need all the proper tools and tourque specs and the knowage of how to do motor jobs... if you lack any of these then take it to the shop and have them do it for will have the timing belt off may not need a new head quite often they can plane the head if its warped

the only thing that causes this is a blown head gasket or a cracked block, the head gasket is the most common problem, the block being cracked rare/
